nah .. gunakan cpulimit ...

#apt-get install cpulimit

kemudian sesuaikan dengan proses mana yang kira2 membuat cpu ato laptop anda high loaded performance ... tidak membunuh proses kok ,.. tapi membatasi aja agar tidak naik tiba2...
